I teach private and group childbirth education and newborn care classes through Village Birth in Eagle Rock. There is a Zoom option for private classes.

Newborn care: Whether you have a million nieces or haven’t held a baby since your brother was born, this infant care class will leave you feeling confident and ready to take on your new parental role. Topics include sleep, diapering, feeding, bonding, soothing, and more.

Childbirth Education: Village Birth designed our childbirth classes to give you the information, skills, and confidence you need to have an empowering birth experience. Using a non-dogmatic, practical approach, we prepare you for your baby’s birthday and life with a newborn. Doula educators teach each dynamic, discussion-based series while incorporating their local doula experience.
